• Members commit to following the Better Choices standards.

• Members must adhere to the rules relating to the use of the Better Choices logo.

• Members agree to being contacted by the Better Choices team from time to time, to gain your valuable insights into the livestock industry and improving the Better Choices program.

Primary Producers

• Primary producer members must self-certify their commitment to pain mitigation for their animals, through either procedural elimination e.g., ceased mulesing or the use of one or more of the pain relief products listed.

• Primary producer members must complete annual re-registration, including self-certification and upload proof of purchase or a signed Veterinary declaration protocol.

• Primary producer members must be open to a random audit of proof of purchase or signed Veterinary declaration protocol as required, to maintain the integrity of the Better Choices program.
